Little Tots Nursery has been established in the St Mary's Parish centre in the village of Burghfield since 2001.

The nursery is open to any child in the community, with children attending not only from the village but travelling from surrounding areas such as Spencer's Wood, Sulhampstead, Tilehurst, Mortimer, Pamber Heath, Beech Hill and Reading.

The nursery uses the Parish Hall as it's main base room with access to other areas of the centre and the Church, with an outside play area.
